Sr Manager, Enterprise Security (Identity and Access Management)

Overview
With little to no supervision, the position is responsible for leading Enterprise Security personnel in the monitoring and management of all security processes and technologies that reduce or remove security related risk in support of the enterprise and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Supervises and leads a team of security managers and their organizations to ensure appropriate levels of systems security and availability.Delivers the key initiatives within Enterprise Securitys strategic plan on schedule and within budget. Continuously reviews the security tool portfolio for opportunities to reduce spend, increase utilization, and speed deployment, ensuring the value received is in line with the investments made.Supports Enterprise Security leaders in driving empowerment and accountability within their teams, maintaining a high level of expectations for talent development and employee engagement. Models servant leadership and fosters strong cross-functional connections.Works with the Vice President of Information Security to develop security programs and projects that address identified risks and business security requirements.Develops and maintains metrics that report on the overall security posture of the enterprise in terms that the business can understand and act upon to improve the state of security at Paychex.Conducts control assessments to determine the level of compliance with Paychex's information security policies and standards.Leads enterprise security initiatives to build and maintain a strong culture of security and to ensure high levels of security awareness among Paychex employees and contractors.Identifies and analyzes changes in the regulatory environment that may impact Paychex and develops action plans to bolster controls.Remains informed on current and emerging trends, threats, and issues in the security field in order to provide guidance at Security Governance Council meetings, Security Program Updates, and other forums to minimize threats and risks to the enterprise.Works with the enterprise architecture team to ensure that security and compliance requirements are built into systems architecture and to identify, evaluate, and select security solutions to meet security and IT compliance needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Computer Science - Preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Computer field.
- 7 years of experience in Increasing levels of managerial responsibility over information technology and/or cyber security teams within highly technology-enabled organizations.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $116,100.00 - $182,500.00 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
