Sells product solutions to prospective clients to help achieve organizational performance and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Must have CPA/financial advisor or enterprise sales experience.
- Payroll experience is a must
- Follows up on leads to close deals.
- Provides support to customers and partners throughout the onboarding process.
- Generates referral leads from existing customers and upsells ancillary services offered.
- Consult virtually with CPAs, Financial Advisors, and Resellers to educate stakeholders on our services, and provide consultative solutions to increase market share and drive revenue.
- Achieve unit and revenue quota expectations.
- Leverage the approved Sales Strategy to identify customers needs and present solution to key stakeholders and decision makers to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SurePayroll product offerings to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.
- Collect, complete and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
- When required, address and escalate client concerns to our Accountant Care Team Partners, and follow-up as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.

- Associate's Degree - Preferred
- 1 year of experience in B2B Sales.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $19.23/hr + commission. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
