This position is primarily responsible for partnering with sales in company growth via new business. Point of contact for prospects and new clients. Successfully moving clients through underwriting and turnover to implementation, while maintaining new client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales on obtaining necessary underwriting items and approvals
- Underwriting submission for health and workers compensation
- Prepare closing documents and agreements for new clients
- Work with sales on gathering necessary uploads prior to turning over to implementation.
- Successfully transition employee data as related to transition of clients.
- Serves as liaison between sales and departments until fully transitioned.
- Review client data and ensure accuracy.
- Work with management on any necessary retention efforts
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with sales, internal departments and management.
- Responds to prospects/clients in a timely manner.
- Responsible to keep management informed in area activities of any significant problems.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma - Required
- Associate's Degree - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in a sales supporting role.
- 2 years of experience in PEO Knowledge.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $25.34 - $39.96 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
