Support of the local HR-team on the following matters:
Working Students/ Student Engagement Programme
- Recruitment of students from universities to join TELE during their regular study programme time in order to win them for writing their Bachelor and/ or Master's thesis with TELE to equip them with knowledge and prepare them for joining Topcon as young academic professionals after study has finished
- Programme coordination with internal departments, ideally across organisational boundaries within Germany
- Point of conduct during work
Company/ Corporate Communication
- Issuing of announcements of organisational changes in DE
Personal Development
- Creation and updating of training plans in coordination with the cost centre owners, administration/organisation of training, maintenance of the Topcon Academy
Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Creation and placement of job advertisements via WorkDay and job boards not included in WD-process, including applicant management,
- Carrying out job interviews and issuing employment contracts
- Creation and placement of HR advertisements, follow-up on employer ratings (kununu)
- Participation at job fairs
On-Boarding
- Setting-up new employee in Sage/Bedatime/IT-Ticket/Personal file, preparation of the introduction documents, initial training of new employees incl. training Bedatime/Intranet
Employee Relations
- Support of the HR team in all HR-relevant matters, in particular the preparation work of promotions, job/ working hours changes, maternity leave requests etc.
- Employee exit admin work, including reference letters
HR-Roadmap
- Admin support of performance review, goal setting, salary review/ merit and bonus payment process, annual leave management
HR-Documents & Statistics
- Creation, updating and publication of HR documents in document management system for auditing purposes, including job description, organization charts, HR-forms in TDP-Sharepoint and TELE-Docu Manager, including Audit preparations
- Personnel statistics: preparation of monthly HR statistics, preparation of HR data as required, preparation of HR-PPT for work meetings
Projects
- Support in HR-Projects as needed
