Product Validation Specialist for XTR systems
Job Description
Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Core duties:
- develop the competency of the global support team (professional services)
- support the global support team with independent document creation, technical advice and technical trainings
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Topcon Solutions
- accurately record support inquiries to include: contact information and issue documentation
- create and deliver high quality product trainings at Topcon for our support team
- Validation of new SW/FW combinations, this on the bench, laptop as on a real machine.
- Application testing in real-time, running both wheeled and tracked XTRs
Therefore you need the following qualifications:
- A passion for technics and digitalization
- More than experienced with operating hydraulic excavators.
- Your style of communication is direct and open
- A working attitude which aims for continuity by working through processes
- You speak Dutch and English fluent
- French is considering a plus
- You have a degree in technical education or equivalent by experience
What will be your tasks?
Validation of the XTR developments Provide training to internal support teams Gather the needed material and build user manual content Manage technical cases which you report to Topcon engineering
