ABOUT THE JOB:
As Sr Manager HRIT you'll be reporting to and working in partnership with the Director of HRIT Performance & Accountability to strategically manage the HR systems landscape and the HRIT team for WillScot Mobile Mini ensuring effective support of business processes and efficient HR Operations.This role will manage in an extremely dynamic environment with multiple HRIS implementations upgrades or sunsets taking place simultaneously and it is critical that there is no degradation in customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for design implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules and other HR technologies ensuring data integrity security and accessibility
- Lead and manage the HRIT team providing direction coaching and feedback to ensure high quality work and continuous improvement
- Responsible for ensuring proper design configuration and documentation of system change requests and processes as well as stakeholder management.
- Develop and maintain reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision making
- Partner with IT colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure that HR applications are well integrated with other business systems
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 7+ years of progressive HR Information Technology responsibility
- 5+ years technical experience supporting multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules or comparable systems experience
- Including in a publicly traded entity/SOX compliant environment
- Involving collaboration between in-house resources and external vendors
- 3+ years' experience managing 2+ employees
- Prior experience in an extremely dynamic environment including mergers acquisitions and divestitures
- The ability to work onsite in our corporate office environment three days week M-F
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Business Information Systems or Computer Science is desired
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience a plus
