ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position is to manage development of approved business requirements supporting our customer applications primarily Salesforce. The ideal candidate will advise our customer applications team along with our business partners on best practices regarding the customer applications suite. He/she will be the liaison between the various business units and the CRM Implementation Team. This role will also assist in defining a roadmap for future enhancements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Manage and lead the Business Analyst (BA) Team in reviewing and documenting business requirements for new functionality releases.
  • Serve as the liaison between the business and the Customer Applications technical team to articulate business needs review design provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate the benefits and risks for any proposed solutions.
  • Assess customer and user experience for any proposed solution and establish qualitative and quantitative standards by which success can be measured to produce the best overall design for functionality usability and desired outcomes.
  • Works in accordance with the Software Development Lifecycle to plan lead organize and motivate Business and IT teams to achieve high levels of timely performance for all projects by identifying the opportunity defining scope and facilitating end-use communication and adoption.
  • Provide proactive updates to the IT Directors on project status release schedules opportunities and challenges.
  • Gather business requirements with clearly defined objectives and key metrics to be used to measure the request
  • Interview end users stakeholders and project sponsors in order to assess business needs analyze and document business requirements and processes.
  • Provide guidance on identified risks or concerns discovered during the gathering of requirements impact to associated workstreams in accordance to applicable business policies and standards connected applications and/or process impact UI changes reporting needs and end user training requirements
  • Communicate approved project requirements to technical personnel through clearly defined business requirements including conceptual data process models and flowcharts
  • Submit business enhancement requirements through the prioritization process
  • Support QA and UAT testing; provide business updates on progress testing and launch dates
  • Update and maintain system process and end user documentation; work with training and communication teams to ensure business awareness and readiness
  • Keep up to date with the new Salesforce releases and new features.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Support and manage BA team members


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator preferred
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in an integrated environment across multiple system
    • (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud)
  • 5+ years in an Applications Development environment
  • 3+ years in a leadership/management role
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional matrix environment
  • Experience with Power Point Excel Office 365 and MS Word
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
