This PMO Administrator will be administrative support and coordination for the PMO including project reporting,
financials, resourcing, and designated project management of internal and external operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Direct administrative support for the Vice President of Corporate PMO.
• Help create, maintain, and update process documents to support the company.
• Assist with the generation and implementation of new ideas and initiatives regarding new and established
project delivery processes.
• Support the Project Teams and perform as a key team member in relevant meetings and discussions.
• Collect and analyze project data, and generate reports, graphs and presentations as required.
• Generate Project baseline schedules as required.
• Ensure project delivery guidelines are adhered to and submitted documentation is consistent with existing
standards.
• Collation of project financial information for both internal and customer reports
• Assist in coordinating training course and material for Project Management teammates.
• Maintain all project documentation including archiving project documentation once project is complete.
• Managing the filing system within the PMO and other SharePoint sites.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

1 year of relevant project administration experience (desirable)
• Demonstrate a knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record in achieving results.
• Highly numerate with strong communication skills
• Experienced in use of MS Office suite (PowerPoint/Excel/Word in particular)
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels.
• Strong presentation and report writing skills.
• Strong time management skills
• Some formal project management training is desirable.
• Excellent collaborator, able to manage ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly, and do so in a
demanding environment.
• Teamwork and collaborative skills
• Results and target-oriented working methods
• Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute in a team and professional environment
