ABOUT THE JOB:

As an HR Systems Project Manager you will be focused on leading and executing on multiple project management efforts for critical strategic HR systems and reporting and analytics priorities. You will apply knowledge skills tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet business requirements and resolve any changes to the project plan regarding scope resources schedule and budget. You will report to the Sr. HR Operations Manager and have frequent interaction with the full HR and HRIT teams.

Projects will include all HR functional areas but initially will focus on compensation payroll talent acquisition and reporting and analytics. Your work will include coordination of project work across various teams including HR/Payroll Finance IT and External Vendors.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

*BA/BS Degree in Human Resources Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum 7 years of HR systems and service center experience SAP/SuccessFactors and ServiceNow are preferred

*Prior HR experience in various functional areas is a plus.IT Business Analyst experience is a plus. HR and/or Project Management professional certifications a plus

*Experience leading complex cross functional projects in a global environment.Deep understanding of project management methodology and tools

*Experience engaging across global markets and cultures a plus
