ABOUT THE JOB:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
  • Provide support and assistance to customer regarding:
    • Products and services
    • Research misapplied payments
    • Process credit memos and write-offs
    • Update purchase orders address and name changes
    • Process invoices by spreadsheet or manual processing
  • Collect and verify account information for assigned ISRs
  • High proficiency answering calls service requests billing resolution and sales
  • Accurately price and understand product offerings to create proposals and contracts for the sales team
  • Produce ad-hoc customer reports
  • Return customer inquiries immediately to ensure excellent customer service
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating will be able to assist with write offs and credit memos
  • Interact with branch personnel to fulfill customer orders
  • Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years' sales and/or customer service experience required
    • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
    • Strong research and problem solving skills
    • Intermediate computer skills
