Job Description

Corporate Flight Management's Inflight Flight Training is looking for a General Manager to help run the flight school located at John C. Tune airport. This will be an entry to a middle level position with salary range between $38,000.00 to $42,000.00.

Summary of Essential Duties:
  • Put safety above all.
  • Manage flight schedules for instructors and students.
  • Complete all billing and invoicing of students.
  • Work with Infinity Flight Training leadership on active marketing of the school and growth of customer base.
  • Field phone calls and emails from students and prospects.
  • Coordinate with maintenance when a squawk is reported or when maintenance is due.
  • Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircrafts operation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Must be 23 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software.
  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check.
  • Must understand, read, and write English.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the flight training industry and/or pilot's license preferred.
