ABOUT THE JOB:
The Sr. Manager Marketing Operations & Analytics will be responsible for designing and implementing in collaboration with the Technology team the WSMM marketing automation strategy (e.g. Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) producing and sharing insightful marketing analytics related to performance management and optimization opportunities to demonstrate marketing return on investment as well as marketing budgeting/forecasting and monthly management.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Design marketing automation strategy to support marketing across the customer journey including evaluating existing tech stack to ensure optimal usage building the business case for recommended additions and driving deployment of new tools - all in alignment with business objectives. This will include close coordination with the IT team and digital customer experience / webmaster.
- Utilize marketing technology stack & tools along with other data mining data modeling and analytical techniques to execute and optimize marketing performance and inform planning and investment decisions.
- Design and drive end-to-end marketing measurement/analysis framework and cadences to determine marketing effectiveness contribution to commercial activity and spend efficiency. Compile marketing key performance metrics by developing new dashboards and reports that guide strategic decisions for campaigns increase productivity and improve automation and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with marketing leaders and other stakeholders to drive enhancements to marketing technology stack & tools that enable sales excellence and achievements in brand demand generation and customer experience marketing.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing Commercial Technology Finance and other stakeholders to develop the annual marketing budget and subsequent forecasts perform regular budget/forecast reviews and monitor monthly department spending with budget/project owners.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Marketing Analytics Marketing Operations or related program. 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics and marketing operations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Results oriented; drive and desire to build a commercial career (marketing sales sales effectiveness); Time management skills; Experience in marketing operations including budget technology management and analytics/reporting; Experience in designing marketing analytics programs (analytics insights communications). Advanced data analytics capabilities. Deep understanding of a variety of marketing technology stack and tools with emphasis on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Previous people management experience. Experience effectively working in a matrixed organization. Growth mindset.
