Job Description

The sales Manager is responsible for selling construction products, with a particular focus on machine control and construction positioning, finding, generating, and developing new distribution/retail partners to deliver sales to end-users

CORE JOB DUTIES
• create a sales structure for construction machine control products
• manage distributors
• identify potential new customers and business opportunities
• maintain existing relationship with a customer or group of customers
• order management (new orders, clarifying issues)
• study, understand and report market trends/analysis with the impact on the sales business
• prepare, revise, and submit sales reports and other documentation
• distribute information to the departments/ internal interfaces with filter for management

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• >5 years of sales experience
• Existing network within the construction- industry
• Professional background within construction
• industry (engineer or technician)
• Independent, self-responsible and result-oriented approach and creativity to develop sales
• Ability to work in a team and organizing
• Good judgement and decision-making skills
• Product presentation and project work skills
• Willingness to travel
• Efficiently communicate both verbally and written form
• Language skills: business fluent in English, Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered as a plus
• Desirable skills in MS-Office and SAP (S4 and C4C)
