ABOUT THE JOB:

The Senior Manager Product Marketing will partner with the Commercial Product Management (PM) team to develop comprehensive campaigns in support of new product information (NPI) and/or ongoing GTM strategies related to Fleet and Essentials. This includes content for omni-channel marketing as well as sales enablement materials. The manager will also partner with the Enterprise Accounts team to prioritize and develop personalized campaigns to support key pursuits and engagement. This role will also lead marketing integration for mergers and acquisitions. Finally this position will oversee the Field/Vertical marketing position planning and execution.

This position is available in Phoenix AZ and/or Baltimore MD locations ONLY.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Partner with Product Management team to develop and execute marketing GTM planning and execution for all product introductions/refreshes along with updates to the existing portfolio. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver successful marketing programs focused on driving brand preference and demand generation in existing as well as new customer segments.
  • Contribute to executing growth and marketing strategies and product and individual market levels to help increase overall business revenue and EBITDA and adoption of the WSMM brand across customer base.
  • Develop content that clearly articulates WSMM value propositions enabling sales to successfully position offerings and drive WSMM growth. Partner with Enterprise Accounts team to develop content/materials to support customer needs. Share effective content across the commercial team.
  • Work across departments and external agencies to develop specific client-facing marketing content.
  • Partner with Ops/Analytics colleagues to analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and budgets.


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Product Marketing Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications;
  • 8-10 yrs. experience in strategic content development as well as marketing campaign development execution and optimization. Related industry experience desired.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
