we are looking for an enthusiastic Software Engineer who will help us build a sustainable solution platform for our future growth. And that's where you come in!

How you can make an impact
Extraordinary goals require extraordinary people. As a Software Engineer at Topcon, you will develop and test software that helps our civil engineering customers digitize their work and collaborate more efficiently using digital tools.
Main Tasks
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Design, integrate and reason the need of software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Identify potential bottlenecks and issues, provide solutions to improve
- Capture and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend, design and execute improvements
- Build technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Build an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
What you bring to the team
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Software Development or solid work experience in the field
- Experience with frontends built with React, another framework experience is seen as a plus
- Experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with writing unit tests
- Bonus: Experience writing Web Components, specifically with Google Lit library
- Resident in Finland and 100% remote job possible
- Minimum 3+ Years of experience similar role
