The role of the ERP Support Specialist is to provide support to the Project Management Team to ensure program quality, efficiency, and effectiveness including planning, monitoring, and evaluating activities throughout the duration of the ERP project.
Responsibilities
Providing support to the Enterprise Resource Planning program, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout the ERP project.
- Support management of project vendors and consultants.
- Follow-up with project partners, to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Responsible for coordinating project meeting schedules, developing meeting minutes and corresponding with team members and project participants.
- Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation.
Supporting planning, monitoring and evaluation activities of the project, in coordination with Vision's ERP Program Director.
- Support the development of project work plan.
- Support the organization of project review meetings.
- Maintain project risk log.
- Maintain calendars; schedule and confirm appointments.
- Perform other job-related tasks or duties as needed by the Project Manager or Section.
