We are looking for an Intern to assist the Accounts Payable Team with full cycle high volume invoice processing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Representative Intern:
- Process invoices using 3-way match of PO's and standard data entry into the SAP accounting system
- Verify and match invoices to Purchase Orders
- Manage system workflow for incoming invoices
- Research and resolve open items on vendor statements
- Investigates and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning vendor accounts
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
What You'll Need to be a Successful Accounts Payable Representative Intern:
- Full-time undergraduates (rising Junior or Senior) at a four-year college
- Comfortable with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office to include Outlook Excel and Word
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication with all levels of personnel (employees and vendors)
- Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks with changing deadlines
- Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed
