Summary of the Role:
While our DNA will always stay the same, the expression of it will continue to evolve. As the core creative mind on our team, you'll be leading the charge to reshape the way the world sees Prometric through branding, presentations, videos, and more.The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to utilize their skills across both digital and traditional design to bring stories to life in an engaging and powerful way. We are looking for someone who has an obsessive attention to detail with a strong eye for composition, typography, color, layout and photography, particularly in sales presentations and marketing collateral. You should have a strong work ethic, take ownership of your work, and be able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a problem solver who can not only execute on creative, but also help drive the strategy and approach behind it. This position offers room for growth to candidates with strong leadership skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Working directly with sales and marketing to execute concepts across a range of assets: sales presentations, landing pages, mockups, digital ad creative, email templates, ebooks/whitepapers, web content, illustrations, infographics, & more.
- Working directly with product/product marketing to visualize product values and features.
- Coordinating brand guidelines, managing creative assets and design templates, and extending existing visual systems
- Support the development of outbound campaigns through the design of collateral, website messaging, product videos, and thought leadership content
- Drive and participate in creative brainstorming, concept development and design execution.
- Explore current design trends in order to continuously evolve the Prometric brand and further drive audience engagement
- Manage additional agencies and creative resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or other related field; or equivalent years of education and/or experience combined
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or related experience
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to construct raw information into compelling presentations
- Demonstrated expertise using PowerPoint to apply designs and build powerful sales collateral
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS a huge plus
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD (Figma/Sketch)
- Working knowledge of video/motion graphics. UX/UI experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of photography and photo editing
- History of productive collaboration with product, sales and marketing teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to push creative limits and try new things
- Ability to manage additional freelance design resources when needed
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to support company objectives.
