Position Summary:

As a Stakeholder Marketing Specialist, you will work in-house as part of a global marketing team to develop a foundational engagement strategy with education agents and preparation providers from across Canada and around the world. In this role, you will engage with internal colleagues to execute social media campaigns or our various testing brands in support of our corporate goals.

If you are a people-person with vision but are also a little bit of a data nerd AND you have an interest in helping the community of international learners and future newcomers, then this role is for you! On a daily basis, you will engage with education and prep providers working with hopeful international students and immigrants from around the world to help them help their clients reach their dreams! That includes but is not limited to: basic research, event support, webinar delivery, application processing, engagement strategizing, results tracking - but that's great because you like to stay on top of trends and are passionate about reporting.

We are looking for a team player who can juggle multiple tasks and work on independent projects while maintaining regularly scheduled responsibilities for Prometric Network growth and maintenance.

This position will report to the Manager, Marketing

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
  • Lead the Stakeholder Network Program for Prometric-owned exam content(including CAEL, CELPIP, DSST, and other exams and certifications) to execute the overall global marketing strategy.
  • Working as part of a team to maintain positive relationships through direct contact, quick response to issues and anticipation of Network member needs - preparation providers and agents - in Canada and internationally.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Network Program engagement strategy in support of test candidate registrations and instructional product sales.
  • Developing and managing the onboarding, activation, engagement, and review processes for Network Program members with colleagues from various divisions.
  • Process and track progress on Network Member applications.
  • Attend and support events focused on recruiting new partners and engaging existing partners.
  • Document, communicate, and report on the conversion funnel of onboarding, activation, and engagement through test candidate registration.
  • Evaluate various partners' performance and adjust engagement strategies and content support accordingly, reporting on activities and new opportunities.
  • Consult with stakeholders for input to create marketing strategies and social media campaigns to increase engaged members and converted Network members.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, senior management, and other team members to develop a well-defined marketing strategy plan that states the program's objectives, scope, benefits, and budget.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing strategy for new market expansion.
  • Performing other projects in marketing as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, international relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in communications, stakeholder engagement, international education, immigration, or marketing.
  • Effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in a second language preferred. We have clients around the world. Portuguese, Spanish and Mandarin are highly valued competencies.
  • Experience in education, immigration fields, or language testing with current knowledge of the market is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of various engagement tools such as Zoom, Go-to Webinar.
  • Familiarity and experience with social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Experience with mass communications tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress and Instapage)
  • Familiarity and experience with conversion tracking using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable items
  • Ability and willingness to travel across North America and internationally, if required
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as required

  • You have flexibility and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to cover events to meet our stakeholders where they are (in their timezones!)
