Data Integrity Associate (Remote Flex/Hybrid)

Posted November 11, 2022
Apply: Quench USA

The Data Integrity team is responsible for maintaining clean and accurate data to facilitate every day transactions, and the Data Integrity Associate plays a key role in achieving that mission. The Data Integrity Associate works as a business partner to the Field Service, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other Quench teams to identify emerging and underlying data issues to address the root cause and ensure the business intent can be delivered.

Quench operates under a remote-first, hybrid work model. We balance the flexibility of working from home with the expectation that the team may need to be onsite for meetings, training, conferences, and as required by leadership.

Essential Functions
  • Troubleshoot data integrity issues (e.g., duplicate records, or incomplete/unlinked records) and analyze data for completeness to meet business needs; this may include real-time transaction support to ensure that a transaction can be completed, or batch processing after the fact for items that may need to be cleaned up (including, as needed, repeat service calls to address data gaps)
  • Replace, modify or delete data at the source of any issues, and ensure that no business value is lost in replacing records
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in datasets
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure their business needs and transactions are achieved, and provide proactive solutions to address issues upstream

Qualifications
  • Must be:
    • A fast learner with an analytical growth mindset, curiosity and attention to detail
    • Resilient and high energy to drive to answers where not clear
    • "Quenchy" - a collaborative team player with a positive outlook and attitude to work across the organization - company and team first
  • Must have:
    • Humility to learn the business and current state processes
    • Effective time management and value-based prioritization
    • Honesty and integrity in all facets of the role, owning and learning from mistakes
    • Excellent organizational skills
  • Nice to have:
    • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
    • Experience with SalesForce suite of applications
