LOCATION: Remote (with occasional visits to our Baltimore office)
JOB OVERVIEW:
Prometric Human Resources is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support the full life cycle recruiting process and assist with staffing key roles within the organization. This position requires expert organizational skills, a go-getter mentality, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume recruiting environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post positions in Recruitment HRIS system (DayForce)
- Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with applicants and hiring managers
- Update candidate records in recruiting system
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Track recruitment activities and provide candidate status updates to hiring manager
- Manage the Recruiting mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Extend verbal offers and draft written offer letters to selected candidates
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Participate in brainstorming for process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university - or - equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
- One year of recruiting coordinator, recruiting or other HR experience, or experience in a high-volume scheduling role required.
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Must have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
