Senior Airworthiness Facilitator

Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Senior Airworthiness Facilitator. This position supports UAS PMA 262 at Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:

The Senior Airworthiness Facilitator will be responsible for:
  • Managing all aspects of the flight clearance process, including NATOPS/NATIP from request to release
  • Gathering, updating, and maintaining engineering requirements from TAEs to support EDRAP
  • Managing the Op Lim Database updates
  • Being a key contributor in flight clearance planning meetings
  • Facilitating engineering reviews
  • Prioritizing workload/tasks to ensure timely support of program requirements

    Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and ten (10) years of general experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline. Five (5) years must be supporting Aircraft test and evaluation or Aircraft maintenance/sustainment. Must be a certified Flight Clearance Facilitator, preferably with two (2) years of experience related to supporting the NAVAIR flight clearance process. Should also have Common Message Processor experience. Must be familiar with SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, DD254, or security is required.

    Must have proven ability to organize and manage through the delegation of appropriate responsibilities and commensurate authority to key subordinates. Adjusting work operations to meet emergency or changing requirements. Ability to establish administrative objectives or performance goals and assess progress. Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Oral and written skills commensurate with role.

    Must have an active Secret security clearance.
