Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for Global Sales operations queries and provide support to a global team of sales representatives and sales management. The Sales Administrator will maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help managers monitor the team's progress, along with championing Global Sales Enablement programs. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of business development best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain all sales KPIs on the various bidding and behavioral metrics we have in place to ensure optimized performance and balanced workloads.
- Maintain and update salesperson, account and client contact records
- Liase with management, finance and HR to document all sales targets and assist with any in-quarter updates.
- Document and confirm data accuracy in all systems including internal systems, CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), BI Reports, HRIS, and Financial systems.
- Maintain sales records and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
- Help organize and run weekly/monthly and quarterly sales meetings and ensure data requirements are met and outcomes documented and distributed
- Assist sales management in preparing/publishing weekly forecasts
- Present sales data to management, providing actionable recommendations, and following up on outcomes
- Support sales team with administrative needs for onboarding new customers
- Communicate important feedback from internal stakeholders and incorporate into documented reports and actions
- Process and distribute sales commission agreements working alongside Global Sales, HR, and Finance to create, revise, or execute as needed
- Liase with Sales management, HR and Finance to ensure quarterly commission process and annual bonuses are both accurate and timely and continually work to improve this area.
- Work with Global Sales Leadership to develop and execute Sales Enablement programs
- Create and individually present educational content, as well as facilitate content creation with Global Learning and Development in Deliver effective onboarding and quarterly training programs for all Sales levels
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the Sales Enablement programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or other sales-related support role
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Experience with CRM and learning management systems
- Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem solving
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
