Essential Job Functions of this Position:
- Reviews maintenance concepts and support packages to ensure training, spares, SE, technical data, facilities and transportation requirements are properly addressed
- Solicits and compiles presentations, briefings and reports to address logistic support issues and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Monitors the repair contract delivery orders to ensure expeditious repair and return of repairable spares
- Reviews maintenance and sustainment products to ensure that deployed systems meet their mission requirements
- Participates in as a member of ILS teams, planning conferences, system requirement reviews, special board reviews, or logistics in-process review conferences
- Provides inputs to the WRAPS tool (Previously Command Staffing) to capture all current and future personnel requirements to effectively manage the cost of each team
- Provides program analysis support and has knowledge of DoD systems acquisitions in the technical or program area specified in task orders
- Coordinate Joint Configuration Control Board (JCCB) for Product Support, distribute any CRs up for board, collect team comments and attend weekly meetings
- Program office POC for Lakehurst contracts in PMT to ensure all contracts are on up to date in system and dial into bi-weekly phone call with Lakehurst acquisition and contracts team
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare Supportability TIMs (Quarterly)
- Creating/Formatting Agenda
- Put together attendee list. Including insuring all participants have necessary access to meeting location
- Collect and review draft briefs
- Create meeting minutes and record action items
- Act as Product Support Risk Manager (Joint Requirements Working Group, JROB, JOWG)
- Attend weekly meetings
- Track any Product Support risks and opportunities
- Perform Product Support Financial Analyst duties
- Input all necessary funding requirements in PMT
- Update Logistics Requirements Funding Summary (LRFS)
- Ensure spend plan is up to date
- Review monthly expenditure reports from BFMs
- Load and update Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) - This is a new program requirement coming soon to all of Program Office
- Assists with formulation and execution:
- Material budget and budget related projects
- Budget submissions are accurate and developed on time
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business or a related discipline and a minimum of four (4) years of general experience in program management, technical, or business analysis is required. Associate's degree and eight (8) years of experience OR High school diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of general experience in program management, technical or business analysis can substitute in lieu of the degree requirement.
Must have an active Secret Security clearance.
