Onsite local to San Antonio Team Member for Help Desk Environment
Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI
Required Skills:
- Ability to monitor and interpret system/tool output and understand an issue is present, along with submit a required trouble ticket to engage break-fix or other resources
- Responsible for owning actions and follow up
- Solid communication skills as it relates to team, program, and customer interactions
- Critical each resource is a team player
- Able to work a rotating 24 x 7 schedule (8, 10, & 12 hours shifts depending on number of resources)
Desired Skills:
- Troubleshooting and remediation
- Server and network switch knowledge is helpful but not a must
- Server monitoring and opening tickets.
Certifications:
- Security +
