Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for an Associate Vice President, Sales at M3 Global Research.
Job Description
- Manages bid requests, including project cost and feasibility, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provides superior customer service by working with the delivery teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
- Enables the Delivery team's success with correct project handovers and a strong emphasis on proper IKOs (internal Kick-Off Meeting).
- Resolves Sales or delivery issues with the client and Client Service team.
- Consults with clients on sample design and business issues; recognizes the need to adapt a product or research approach to meet the client's needs and works with appropriate internal resources to develop and design the appropriate solution.
- Diplomatically responds to difficult or unique client issues or requests and can partner with the appropriate internal resources to resolve the issue.
- Achieves all personal financial goals, delivering on target revenue and profit per quarter.
- Participates in client calls on a weekly basis.
- Supports the maintenance of existing business by managing contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Attends onsite client visits, presenting capabilities to develop business with new and existing clients.
- Actively networks with existing client contacts for any new business/prospects.
- Promotes new business development initiatives through methods of cold calling and networking at industry events. Seeks out and sources new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
- Utilizes account data to create strategies and develop plans that are executed and reviewed on an ongoing basis to grow the business. Review accounts monthly versus sales and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional market research experience (preferably in the healthcare space)
- Experience in direct sales above $1 MM individual goal (yearly)
- Business development experience is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Effective communicator (very comfortable on the phone and communicating with others)
- Familiar with using CRM software
- Familiar with understanding of KPIs
- Strong problem solving ability and proactively seeks answers/resolutions to daily issues
- Established new business development and relationship building skills
- Effective use of Excel
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
- Solid time management skills
- Strong self-discipline & organizational habits
