The Senior Recruiter will work closely with Operations Management to understand the needs of the organization and deliver required results. The ideal candidate for the Senior Recruiter opportunity is motivated to succeed, eager to learn, and willing to come up with out-of-the box ideas to recruit candidates in a constantly evolving market. The right person will act as a positive contributor, bringing new ideas and fresh energy to a Highly Motivated and Cohesive Team. This role is critical and has high visibility. Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to recruit technical talent.
- Build relationships with candidates and establish a pipeline for current and future work.
- Manage the entire lifecycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, relationship management, offer acceptance or close-out of candidate.
- Work closely with operations management to understand the needs of the organization and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Act as an Advisor to Leaders and Executives at Vision on issues relating to the Employment Market
- Develop strategy for recruiting including sourcing tools and recruitment networks needed to attract talent
- Create a unique diversity sourcing strategy (diverse referral campaigns, diversity organization/associations networking, diversity job boards etc)
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment on technically niche roles.
- 1+ years recruiting candidates with Government Security Clearances
- Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
- Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
- Experience working with multiple applicants tracking systems (ATS); experience with iCIMs is a big plus
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing
