Essential Functions
- Able to support all areas of the DC (i.e. - Direct, Indirect, Triage)
- Provides day to day leadership to employees as assigned by DC manager
- Able to run DC when Manager is not on site in smaller facilities
- Good knowledge of where all equipment, parts, and filters are in the facility
- Track equipment and parts inventory
- Equipment testing, scrap processing, equipment washing, equipment rebuilding, new equipment preparation, loading and unloading of trucks
- Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity
- Competent using Quench ERP systems to transact activities
- Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility
- Perform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performance
Qualifications
- 2 + years of experience working in a Supply Chain or similar environment
- Experience leading or managing people is preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent desired; technical certifications and computer experience are a plus
- Experience working in a Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence environment is a plus
- Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environment
