Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Panel Quality Manager, an M3 company.

Job Description
  • Become a world expert in data quality and keep up to date with evolving technologies and services that aid in driving team efficiencies and panel growth.
  • On allocated projects, be the center point to collect Engineering requirements, analysis on ROI, lead testing, implementation and business adoption, ensuring close collaboration with local and global leaders
  • Centralize current activities and coordinate continuous improvement of our global panel quality assurance plan by identifying critical access points and deploying preventive measures.
    • Maintain and update registration systems to validate healthcare provider, and consumer data through quality-audit methods with a feedback loop to all stakeholders.
    • Establish panel quality monitoring procedures, fault tolerances, and corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with Engineering on products and platforms to assist in validation of global healthcare professionals at the panel, study and platform level.
  • Develop, maintain and update survey data quality standards across varied survey platforms.
    • Collaborate with Programming real-time data quality measures implemented in Confirmit and Decipher and connected to proprietary internal MR systems.
    • Increase fraud detection question bank, including guidelines on how questions are applied by a respondent type, study subject, therapy area, etc. Refresh library at regular intervals.
  • Coordinate with Analyst the continuously review of data patterns to inform, recommend and provide key resolutions to decision makers, including Clients and Panelists, on their data inquires.
    • Coordinate a cross functional committee of Senior leaders and executive to provide input, expertise and oversight. Provide regular reports to management.
    • Define companywide quality KPIS that are tracked seamlessly, are motivational to the stakeholders and help to detect and identify problems and aid in quick remediation.
    • Working with Analyst, undertake periodic investigations into possible breaches or failures of systems and procedures and present internally and externally (clients and panelists) to the organization.
    • Contribute to M3 terms and conditions and marketing materials to ensure clear communication of process and outcomes of quality measures.
  • Assist Panel Director with new panel integration needs around panel quality processes and tools

Qualifications
  • Candidate must have 3-year experience in market research or data collection services.
  • Familiarity with digital fingerprinting, identity verification and other anti-fraud techniques.
  • The candidate has a keen eye for data, and experience in reviewing data and providing solutions on recommendations of next steps.
  • Knowledge of quality control frameworks in respect to procedures desirable.
  • The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems as they present as well as proactively identify and resolve potential issues. An inquiring mind that does not rest until it has got to the bottom of an issue.
  • The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skill and attention to detail on multiple projects simultaneously
  • The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet organizational objectives.
