Summary
Provide professional and prompt support and response to Topcon customers and Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
- Complete management of assigned accounts orders
- Manage backlog on a daily basis. Ensure orders are shipped on schedule; follow up shortage with Allocators.
- Book orders in SAP and release online orders
- Provide professional and prompt support to Topcon customers and Sales Managers
- Good knowledge and concept of Customer Service and Sales Process Flow
- Good verbal and written communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in customer service/sales support in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge and concept of Customer Service and Sales Process Flow
- Excellent telephone and computer knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) skills a must
- Detail oriented/Fast learner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to complete task within required target time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Resourceful - learn where to find information
