Summary

Topcon is looking for a Jr. Salesforce Administrator to partner with our senior Salesforce Administrators to manage the global instance of Salesforce. This role will focus on operation tasks (onboarding/offboarding, maintenance and configuration of Salesforce objects, support of Salesforce integrations, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks within Salesforce
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, fields, assignment rules, validation rules, page layouts, list views, workflows, permission sets, profiles and roles.
  • Assist in making any needed changes for enhancements and defects; perform unit testing on new system implementations and configurations and assist in the on-boarding and training of new Salesforce.com users.
  • Abide by security and standards best-practices when developing, reviewing, and delivering features.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users and provide documentation of issues/root cause/solution on all tickets
  • Help translate business, and functional requirements into documented technical specifications or User Stories.
  • Assist in user onboarding/offboarding, training, manage user ticket requests, effectively communicate ticket status, release schedules and impact to the user community.


Qualifications
  • BA in comparable field and/or related experience.
  • Salesforce knowledge highly desired
