The Acuity Senior Recruiter is an integral member of the FTI Acuity team responsible for staff recruitment and operational support for the Acuity Review sector, a unique business component of Acuity. Acuity is FTI's all-in one legal review offering that reduces the cost and complexity of electronic discovery by managing everything from processing to productions, including document review; all the while adhering to the budget by utilizing a predictive pricing model. Because this offering is largely centered around document reviews, the Recruiter role is essential and necessary for Acuity to succeed on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
- Build contract reviewer pool in top review cities as well as pop-up locations
- Interview and staff document review attorneys across multiple states
- Help verify potential candidates, including facilitating background checks and employment verifications
- Update and confirm accuracy of applicant tracking database
- Provide project support for relevant aspects of the Acuity Review business including on-boarding and off-boarding
- Contribute to a cohesive work environment with the Staffing, HR, and Operations team
- Create and implement new processes within the staffing department
- Create new opportunities for finding skilled candidates through advertising and other means
- Work with Acuity Review Managers nationwide to enhance recruitment workflows
Qualifications & Experience
- JD & license to practice law is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Background and experience with recruiting and/or document review
- This role requires travel to FTI offices
- COVID Vaccine required

- Proficient with Taleo and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work efforts and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively contribute in a dynamic results-oriented work environment
- Proven ability to adapt to changing work demands
- Experience in contractor recruiting
