Working within the global Cybersecurity practice, you support in developing, managing, and reporting the Cybersecurity practice metrics.
Primary Duties:
- Track and analyze the practice's operating results on a regular basis and develop appropriate commentary for different audiences.
- Produce reoccuring reports for Senior Managment, including financial informaton, key metrics and variance analysis.
- Assist in the development, consistent definition and tracking of key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Continously improve the accuracy and speed of recurring reporting.
- Support the budgeting/forecast processes, including revenue and expense assumptions, assessment of risks and opportunities, and analysis for management decision making.
- Assist with development of ongoing profitablity tracking and reporting.
- Support the long-term strategic planning process, ensuring reasonableness of asumptions and output.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support segment or Corproate needs.

Basic Qualifications
- BA or BS in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- 1-3 years' experience in financial areas with concentration in financial analysis.
- Proficiency in the use of various software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s)
- COVID Vaccine required*
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of financial statements, operations and management reporting processes and systems.
- Detail oriented and dependable.
- Ability to develop variance and trend financial analysis.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including use of Visual Basic and macro development.
- Experience maintaining document control databases.
- Flexibility to adapt work schedule to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility in working on multiple assignments concurrently.
- Accurate, efficient and consistent performance in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
