Quench has implemented a hybrid work model, offering remote flexibility while requiring in-person attendance for training, occasional team meetings, and quarterly in-office events. This person needs to be within commutable distance to our King of Prussia, PA headquarters.
As a Management Analyst, a successful candidate will become a subject matter expert on the goals of their dedicated function area and use data to find opportunities to improve Quench's performance. We are looking for a fast learner who will get up to speed on their target area and become a trusted data-driven partner of the executive which they will support. This role will include a mix of collecting (and reporting) data as needed, providing unique analysis, and partnering with the dedicated executive to interpret and implement the recommendations from those insights. Partnerships across the organization will be key, as this person will be the connection point from the Business Intelligence team providing big data and end users that will need to act on that data. The Management Analyst will be the first call for their function area when they are confronted with a novel problem, and will be expected to work with the Business Intelligence team to bring the right data to understand the opportunity. Over time, this role will offer a successful individual the opportunity to specialize more in the operational nature of the function area or towards the big data Business Intelligence team depending on demonstrated skills and preference. Additionally, the Management Analyst team will be a centralized group of peers that build on and learn from each other while each support a dedicated executive.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven success in a data-oriented role
- Strong analytical basis in Excel - familiar with interpreting large sets of data through proper data structuring, formulas, and error checking
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SQL to be able to execute and lightly modify queries to understand operational goals
- Familiarity with PowerBI or Tableau, as well as awareness of data visualization principles
- Bachelor's degree required; proven coursework in quantitative field preferred
