The primary focus of this position is to assist the National Account sales team in completing rental contracts for products and services as well as interacting with customers on a variety of topics to help enhance the customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to customer regarding:
- Products and services
- Research misapplied payments
- Process credit memos and write-offs
- Activate and deactivate contracts
- Update purchase orders address and name changes
- Process invoices by spreadsheet or manual processing
- Collect and verify account information for assigned ISR's
- Accurately price and understand product offerings to create proposals and contracts for the sales team
- Produce ad-hoc customer reports
- Return customer inquiries immediately to ensure excellent customer service
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating will be able to assist with write offs and credit memos
- Interact with vendors to fulfill customer orders
- Handles complicated contract issues and may assist with excalated customer complaints
- Mentor and assist less experienced team members
- Other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 years' sales and/or customer service experience required
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
- Bilingual a plus
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
- Strong research and problem solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
