As a critical member of the Development Team, the Salesforce Full Stack Developer works closely with architects and other developers to support, scale, and extend a wide range of cloud-based applications built on the Force.com and AWS platforms which serve as the foundation of the enterprise. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible to deliver end-to-end solutions to support both business and IT initiatives including new API capabilities, Front End Interfaces across web and mobile, and seamless integrations (both batch and streaming) between backend systems and services. Delivery end-to-end includes the responsibility for specification documentation that will be reviewed and validated by the architects to ensure adherence to best practice and internal standards, along with test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Essential Functions:
- Work with Business and System Analyst teams to understand requirements
- Work with architects to draft design documents that meet all requirements, including test plans and acceptance criteria
- Own the delivery of the approved specification
- Coordinate with other developers (both internal and external) on delivery if necessary
- Create or maintain documentation during maintenance and updates
- Follow Agile software development principles, including source control activities
Qualifications:
- General
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years Full Stack development, 5+ preferred
- Minimum 3 years Salesforce development, 5+ preferred
- Strong self-starter with the ability to deliver on time
- Experience in an Agile software development environment
- Experience with Git based source control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to obtain essential platform certifications
