Essential Functions:
- Greet and assist all Quench visitors, including customers, vendors and job candidates
- Provide excellent support to internal and external customers, consistently presenting a calm and professional demeanor
- Manage the Company's lobby area, conference rooms and general office areas for a professional appearance each day
- Order and maintain stock of various office and kitchen supplies
- Help coordinate a variety of office events (employee gatherings, birthday celebrations, ) including set up, breakdown, coordinating food ordering and delivery
- General administrative duties to include file management, creating documents in MS Office, data entry and other related duties as assigned
- Able to handle incoming deliveries; unpacking of boxes of supplies, distribute internal mail and deliveries, preparing packages for outgoing deliveries some of which can weigh up to 15 pounds
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in an office setting
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Maintain highest regard for confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented, proactive and professional
- Highly proficient with MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive, can-do attitude
