In this role, you will help oversee Quench's email marketing campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads and customer upsell opportunities. You will manage the design, development, and execution, including building the automation for each campaign within our Marketing Automation Platform. You will work with the Director of Growth Marketing to help build the campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices to drive successful customer acquisition/upsell opportunities.

Essential Functions:

• Help define the strategy, execute, and manage the performance of all email marketing campaigns - prospect nurturing, current customer upsell, and monthly customer newsletters.

• Perform day-to-day email production activities including email campaign development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Ensure email compliance (including CCPA) and spam regulations (CAN-SPAM).

• Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the sales funnel.

• Track and report on email marketing performance metrics (including open rate, click-thhough rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.), using this data to continually optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications-related field of study

• 3+ years' experience managing email marketing campaigns

• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Ability to manage email campaigns end-to-end: create email, test email, load list, send email and report metrics

• CRM/Salesforce campaign management experience is a plus

• Must be a quick learner and should be able to adapt to changing technical and business requirements

• Results-oriented attitude and data-driven mindset

• Photoshop experience is a plus but not required
