Essential Functions:
- Project manage cross functional teams to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success
- Responsible for planning, allocating tasks and executing the projects at hand
- Works with team to manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters
- Partners with business owners and IT leaders to build, maintain and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and developing solutions to manage them
- Understands the decision-making authority of the team and escalates as appropriate
- Validates financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of project management experience, managing small to medium projects, with emphasis on product development, systems, and technology environments
- Direct experience mobilizing and motivating teams; set direction and approach; facilitate conflict resolution; identifies/understands drivers, root cause; seeking guidance or escalating when needed
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build a strong partnership and trust with IT and business leaders within the organization
- Technical acumen with ability to communicate with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
- Hybrid PM who can work in both a waterfall and agile environment with Salesforce experience
