We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully working with high performance teams to meet project milestones and achieve measurable performance outcomes. Over the course of each engagement, you will deploy a variety of skillsets and leverage our deep bench of subject matter experts to create unique, smart, tailored solutions to meet our client's needs. In this role, you will work in, and often supervise a team, to gather and analyze complex data sets, synthesize results into written observations and recommendations, and present results to our clients. Primary Duties

A Senior Consultant or Director is responsible for providing analytical, economic, and financial-related solutions to healthcare client problems and challenges. As part of our Health Solutions team you will develop in-depth knowledge of your clients' objectives and implement innovative strategies to assist them through their current difficulties and help prepare them for the future. A Senior Consultant will apply an array of financial, quantitative and analytical skills to various client situations. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Conducting detailed fact finding, market and industry research and analysis.
  • Identifying, acquiring, synthesizing, mining, analyzing and manipulating large and complex data
  • Analyzing and interpreting historical financial, operational, and transactional data.
  • Designing and implementing complex financial database models to generate meaningful metrics and analyses.
  • Performing proactive compliance and internal control assessments and implementation.
  • Preparing written analyses, reports, and presentations related to the project scope and/or results of activities.
  • Supervising consultants, including managing quality control of work product and analyses.
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal team members and client personnel.
  • Maintaining detailed work-paper records of assumptions, methodologies, and information sources.
  • Managing day to day project activities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of consulting, healthcare industry, financial advisory, audit, accounting or related experience
  • This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices

  • Ability to provide quality assurance and maintain adequate documentation.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
