The SR Global HR Systems Analyst 2-1 is responsible for managing global projects for the deployment or extension of new/existing capabilities, including business and software requirements, configuration, and testing in a complex multisystem environment. The SR Global HR Systems Analyst 2-1 will have experience working in HR business processes, and a demonstrated track record of success in independently leading cross-functional teams in managing projects with both on-premises and cloud-based software packages.
What You'll Do
• Lead and/or participate in medium to complex business and technology projects to include project planning and management, requirements gathering, functional specification documentation, solution design, test planning, test execution, status updates, deployment, and post-deployment support. Engage internal clients and vendors with requirements gathering, process re-design and gap analysis. Manage project issues and risks, communicate status, and escalates concerns to project sponsors/business owners.
• Optimize HCM systems through design, configuration, operation, and administration by recommending and implementing end to end business process improvements to harmonize, standardize and streamline HR processes to provide efficiencies through automation and optimize the use of the HR system stack.
• Lead and/or contribute to the system decision making, scoping, and planning for HR systems in support of the HR strategy.
• Design, build and maintain security roles, permissions, and user profiles for the HR systems stack. Manage, monitor, and audit user access to adhere to SOX compliance. Ensure projects for new functionality, systems update, and patches meet all security access requirements.
• Lead small to medium system upgrades, feature releases, interfaces and data conversion projects across functional areas of HR and provide direction for project team members.
• Provides general system support, including configuration, regular maintenance, report writing, troubleshooting, data validation, process testing and delivery of system training.
• Lead, design and maintain the interfaces between HCM system stack and ancillary systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of previous progressively responsible experience in HRIS systems management, including experience with large-scale HCM ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
• Experience leading a matrix team to deliver projects on-time
• Proficiency in query writing is required, preferably PS Query.
• Proficiency in designing, building and maintaining security roles and permissions.
• Advanced skills in data analysis.

• Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data.
• Strong functional HR process and practice acumen and technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Demonstrated consultative approach in working across an organization.
• Ability to interface with multiple teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise considerable judgment and discretion in dealing with matters of significance for the organization.
• Must have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems.
• Must be a team player, highly motivated and detail oriented.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
