Summary
Provide high level competent sales, training and support for Topcon's Intelligent Paving product lines.
Responsibilities
- The primary function is to sell and support these stakeholders onsite and remotely.
- Create and deliver presentations to key customers and at large events.
- Sales activities involving independent document creation, technical advice and demonstrations.
- Sales activities at national and international events with independent discretion for customer interaction.
- Work with Product Management and Quality to identify root cause issues of products.
- Deliver email and phone support to end users, channel network and internal Topcon communication applications by assessing issues and resolving problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Must have previous support or sales experience in similar industry and/or products.
- 7+ years experience in construction industry and/or supporting construction products.
- Excellent communication skills.
