ABOUT THE JOB:

WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: WSC) was formed on July 1st 2020 through the merger of WillScot Corporation and Mobile Mini Inc. creating the North American leader in temporary modular space and portable storage specialty leasing solutions. Position Summary
Reporting to the VP Infrastructure & IT Operations the IT Project Manager - Infrastructure plans leads organizes and motivates IT and Business teams to deliver technology services and solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Essential Functions: Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager - Infrastructure include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead project team resources throughout the project management lifecycle from project definition through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans schedules and executive summary documents in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and empower IT & Business teams to drive the completion of project tasks.
• Identify and remove roadblocks as well as work with stakeholders to influence and drive decision making to support the WSMM Strategies.
• Identify monitor and respond to project risks both timely and accurately.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of WSMM business technology and processes.
• Provide proactive updates to appropriate IT leadership on project statuses release schedules opportunities and challenges.
• Lead change/release management process and reporting for both project and non-project related changes.
• Provide service availability reporting and trending
• Additional responsibilities as required.

This is a team-based role and may assist in other aspects of IT as well as help drive our Company's Strategies and promote our Mission Vision and Values. WSC has a highly collaborative culture and the successful candidate will work effectively with a broad group of senior executives peers and direct reports to perform the above responsibilities.
Customer Focus

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will possess:
Required:
• 3+ years proven project management experience.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile-scrum framework.
• Strong problem-solving analytical estimation and planning skills.
• Proven knowledge and experience with MS Project and other management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet Jira Teams etc.
• Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate influence and collaborate to build successful relationships.
• Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
• BA/BS in business computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification.

Abilities and Other Requirements: The ability to perform work in a variety of work environments from a professional office environment to branch environment to customer construction sites is required. Must be able to use standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and fax machines.
In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and to move about the various work environments to train monitor and ensure compliance with all company requirements. The employee must be able to verbally communicate with employees co-workers and customers in person and by phone. The employee must also be able to travel to various work environments. Overnight travel may be required on occasion.
