Business Unit Mission:
Our QualStage platform was designed by a team of expert market research professionals with experience spanning across operations, technology, and compliance. In addition to this team, we are looking for a leading global expert in remote Qualitative research. The Global Qualstage Director will provide technical leadership to ensure product remains ahead of market, valuable to users internally and externally. Duties include engaging with current and prospect clients, involvement in business development marketing campaigns, operations support, training, and future product development across the global organization. The individual will also champion roadmap planning for operations, marketing and sales. This is the ideal role for someone who is driven by their own success, innovative, an effective communicator, and passionate about online Qualitative platforms.
Job Description
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Drive QualStage product awareness across M3 GR client base and internal teams by championing QualStage.
- Lead product training sessions for internal teams and update process documentation.
- Present platform overview and hands-on walkthrough demos for clients and hired moderators.
- Develop and maintain documentation and delivery for supporting business activities including product development, enhancement, marketing activities, internal and external trainings.
- Monitor QualStage email alias/tickets to help consult on any issues with live interviews.
- Attend internal and strategic external client meetings to consult on M3GR's QualStage capabilities, features, and future needs. Proactively reaching out to clients to understand their unmet/evolving needs.
- Attend internal and strategic external project kick off calls, to discuss the scope and background details with QualStage project delivery teams.
- Work with product support specialist, operations project management, and technical project management team to evaluate complex customer problems, identify root causes and deliver resolutions.
- Track performance of product and developments to assess success and communicate delivery against metrics to stakeholders.
- Consult with Engineering to assist in defining requirements for new products and features and follow-through with testing before release, provide feedback and prioritize issues.
- Consult with Global Sales team to develop sales strategies for marketing approaches, pricing, prospecting, and partnership building while maintaining our high-quality standards.
- Support maintenance of existing business by identifying cross-sell opportunities, delivering strategic sales communications and consulting with clients on QualStage engagements.
- Consult with Marketing for QualStage material execution for internal and strategic client audiences across all mediums including social media, website, and business development campaigns.
- Responsible for staying current on competitive activity and the market in general. Analyze industry trends and market demands to recommend product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Qualitative market research experience required
- Business development or client service experience required.
- Experience with multiple Qualitative online platforms preferred
