We provide innovative solutions that optimize performance in the short term and prepare for future strategic, operational, financial and legal challenges unique to our healthcare and life sciences clients.

What You'll Do

Communicate the value proposition of our offerings and differentiate our services in the marketplace, with emphasis on the Operations Practice service.

• Develop, coordinate and assist in client engagement pitches, proposals and presentations

• Be prepared to engage with potential clients on the full range of FTI Consulting services, particularly with regard to services offered by the Health Solutions segment.

• Work effectively as a member of the Health Solutions Operations team; providing leadership and contributing to the development of our personnel and our services.

• Identify the key drivers of value for clients and potential clients, and establish relationships that enable FTI Consulting to be viewed as a trusted advisor.

• Build an effective sales pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process; leverage the value of our solutions in the negotiation process to drive maximum margin for the company.

• Conduct research and analysis on clients, industries, and competitors to help identify industry trends and new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

• Monitor and advise on industry news and trends, cases, capital markets and economic triggers that may affect clients, prospective clients or specific industries

• Develop thought leadership as it pertains to Health Solutions with the intent of ensuring market relevance

• Be accountable for performance management of the Managing Director level of Health Solutions and staff below you

• Be accountable for project oversight, finances, quality and execution in collaboration with Senior Managing Directors

How You'll Grow

The Managing Director will be responsible for developing and growing the Health Solutions business, with a focus on the Physician Enterprise service offerings. This role is to be a trusted advisor to FTI clients by providing project management, subject matter expertise and sales/business development to support firm-wide business goals and strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least, 8 years of relevant sales and business development experience in a professional services firm, including experience in originating revenue.

• Proficiency in the use of various software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)

• Strong computer and organizational skills

•Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s).
