Nurse Epidemiologist is responsible for the prevention, identification, investigation, reporting, and control of health care associated infections (HAI) with the day-to-day infection prevention activities for any designated healthcare facility throughout the continuum of care for Saint Luke's Health System in accordance with accepted standards and requirements of infection prevention.

basic statistical analysis skills; developing management and supervisory skills; excellent communication skills; ability to interact with diverse groups, fostering collaboration and collegiality; excellent presentation skills; skilled in the provision of providing guidance, advise and assistance in problem resolution to render win/win outcomes.
