- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls/voicemails.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (i.e. Monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Assists in Executive staff in coordinating office staff activities.
- Teams with Facilities to ensure office efficiency is maintained, such as execution of equipment, procurement, layouts, and office systems.
- Manage office supplies and breakroom inventory. Place orders as necessary
- Oversees reporting any maintenance, mailing, shipping, equipment, invoicing, and errands.
- Provide other administrative support to Accounting and Marketing as necessary including maintaining calendars, creating reports, prepping invoices, booking travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning for special events.
