Job Title: Scrum Master

Report to: Senior Manager, Technology

Location: Dundalk, Co Louth (Remote)

SUMMARY
Prometric is seeking a Scrum Master looking for a new challenge and step up in their career. As a Scrum Master, you will be required to facilitate all aspects of the agile framework, including sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, iteration reviews and iteration retrospectives. You will also coach and influence at all levels to drive increased agility, velocity, predictably, innovation and quality. Your role will be instrumental in driving an agile methodology using scalable agile methods and tools to enable teams to rapidly deliver functionality that drives customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team to be accountable for the commitments they make

• Facilitate the definition of sprint goals and deliverables

• Maintains the Scrum team capacity plan, team board, sprint

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or combination of relevant skills

• Scrum master with at least two years of experience

• Experience driving continuous process improvement

• Excellent coaching and leadership skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Planning, organisation and decision-making skills

• Proven experience in risk management

  • Experience working with Azure DevOps desired
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts
  • Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
  • Experience working in a scaled agile framework preferred.
  • Understanding of SDLC and software development processes
  • Agile or Scrum master certification such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master, PMI - ACP
