About the Role

We are immediately seeking an energetic recruiting professional to fill our Campus Talent Acquisition Recruiter open position. We are looking for someone who is strategic, innovative, entrepreneurial-minded, operationally strong and can deliver on provid ing a high-touch personalized candidate experience with the ability to build an exceptional partnership with our internal stakeholders.

As part of the US Campus Talent Team, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Working with business professionals to develop strategies for recruiting, set calendar of events, timelines, and activities.
  • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for the practices/segments aligned to
  • Partnering effectively with HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, and Segment Leaders to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs.
  • Leveraging recruiting results to influence key internal stakeholders on how to drive strategies and execute on programs in both the D&I and Early-ID space.
  • Interpreting data, running reports, and speaking to key stakeholders as needed.
  • Partnering with Recruiting Associates setting goals, providing feedback and developing their skill set
  • Leveraging virtual sourcing tools to develop campaigns, run virtual events, and direct source candidates as well as using an applicant tracking system.
  • Maintaining close contact and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, universities, and the business. Tailoring the recruiting approach as needed to achieve results
  • Maintaining and building upon the knowledge of recruiting programs and methodologies by staying well-informed on best practices, competitive intelligence, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
  • Ability to lead established projects, forums, initiatives with the ability to be creative in developing new programs and ways to lead recruiting efforts.
  • Travel as needed to meet with internal and external stakeholders, events, meetings, and other relevant recruiting matters.
  • Ability to work hours necessary during busy times of the year.

How You'll Grow

The Campus Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be a member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team and sit directly on the U.S. Campus Talent Team. This role will play an integral role in growing our business. In this role you will also gain exposure to our diversity initiatives and have the ability to be creative and innovative in growing several of our practices. Lastly, this position will have exposure and potential opportunity to partner globally on university recruiting initiatives and/or programs in time.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of campus recruiting experience in a recruiter capacity
  • This role requires travel to FTI offices.
  • Consulting or professional services experience preferred, in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Taleo, Handshake & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Travel as needed, 20-30% during peak times
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and various reporting tools
  • Travel required to FTI office(s).
