About the Role

We are immediately seeking an energetic recruiting professional to fill our Campus Recruiting Associate open position. We are looking for someone who is organized, strategic, innovative, entrepreneurial-minded, operationally strong and can deliver on provid ing a high-touch personalized candidate experience with the ability to build an exceptional partnership with our internal stakeholders. The campus recruiting associate will assist the campus recruiters with managing campus recruiting efforts/programming.

As part of the US Campus Talent Team, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Primary Duties:

Help schedule and coordinate on campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, presentations, meetings, etc.
• Coordinate marketing and advertising of job postings and campus events with Campus Recruiting Manager and campus teams
• Help campus teams secure venues, catering and marketing materials for events
• Schedule candidates for interviews

Post approved job descriptions using our ATS
• Communicate interview schedules, resume submittals and pre-select deadlines back to recruiting teams
• Help provide prompt support (i.e. last minute cancellations, rescheduling) for campus recruiting events, interviews and office visits, including on-site logistical issues
• Manage marketing collateral inventory and ship materials to events and interview days
• Generate resume books from career centers, sort the data, and distribute the materials accordingly
• Work with Campus recruiters and recruiting leads to manage schedules for interview days
• Assist with planning and managing the office visit process including schedules, facilities, interviewers, and materials
• Help coordinate Internship Program, Future Leader Intern Program, and Future Leader Forum
• Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets
• Maintain campus recruiting calendar
• Monitor candidate data and status updates in applicant tracking system (Taleo)
• Generate reports for Campus Recruiting leads and recruiters

• Submit expenses and invoices for campus recruiting events and purchases
• Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis (metrics, project plan, etc.)

How You'll Grow

The Campus Recruiting Associate will be a member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team and sit directly on the U.S. Campus Talent Team. This role will play an integral role in growing our business. In this role you will also gain exposure to our diversity initiatives and have the ability to be creative and innovative in growing several of our practices.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1+ years of campus recruiting associate / coordinator experience
  • This role requires travel to FTI offices
  • Consulting or professional services experience preferred, in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Taleo, Handshake & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Travel as needed, 20-30% during peak times
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and various reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities
  • Ability to gather data, track metrics and prepare reports
  • Travel required to FTI office(s).
